Sinopsis (ENG):

Vasundhara, a woman in her mid-40s, leads a stifling family life with her abusive husband, her dementia-stricken mother-in-law, Jamuna, and her woke teenage daughter, Oona. Entangled in memories, submissive Vasundhara clings to mementos from her past, such as locks of hair from her school days and old, broken nails, while dealing with her mother-in-law's fading recollections. The story is narrated through the perspective of a wind chime that hangs in the drawing room, observing slices of Vasundhara's life. The narrative flows between Vasundhara's silent lamentations for her good old memories and Jamuna's liberation from all memories. The film concludes with a conversation between the wind chime and Vasundhara, where they both realize that Vasundhara has somehow managed to forget something about her husband.

Kolkata'da yaşayan bağımsız film yapımcısı ve senarist Debarati Gupta, ilk uzun metrajı Hoichoi (2013) ile çıkış yaptı; ardından Kalkijug (2015), Önek Diner Pöre (2018) ve Filter Coffee Liquor Chaa (Zee5 Premium Bangla) geldi. Hashnouhana projesi Produire Au Sud India (2021), NFDC-Film Bazaar Ortak Yapım Pazarı (2021) ve Torino Film Lab NEXT (2022) programlarında yer aldı. Cannes Yönetmenlerin On Beş Günü'nde gösterilen Chatrak (2011) filminde yönetmen yardımcısı olarak çalıştı.
